PBI, a division of of Panda Bugs, Inc.

ABOUT PBI

PBI therapy is a division of Panda Bugs, Inc, a non-profit organization with a mission to provide support to individuals and caregivers, regardless of age or income, to minimize drastic lifestyle changes wile undergoing treatments for intensive,  long-term Medical care.

Panda Bugs, Inc.

Panda Bugs, Inc was founded by Amy Neumann, LICSW, after her oldest son had a successful, but long, intense battle with leukemia.  During this time, Amy found there to be a lack in assistance for families going through unexpected medical hardships lasting much longer than PFMLA benefits.  She came across families who were struggling to stay afloat financially and some who had to lose everything to be eligible for any assistance.  As a mom and a mental health professional, Amy decided to begin a non-profit to address this gap in services.

PBI therapy

Once Panda Bugs, Inc was established, it became clear that raising a meaningful amount of money for a non-profit, no matter how worthy the cause, is challenging.  Amy, a therapist and  co-owner of 413Therapy Group, Inc. with years of experience working in non-profits, decided to create a division of Panda Bugs that provides more therapy services to Massachusetts residents, with profits going directly to support the Panda Bugs mission.
